The Mother-Baby Connections group provides weekly group therapy and parenting support for pregnant individuals and mothers of children ages 0-5 years. This group meets once per week for 1.5 hours and babies up to 12 months can attend with their mothers. Most people attend for 8 weeks.

Mothers are supported in learning and practicing coping skills, and connecting with themselves, their baby (or children), other mothers, and their community.

Many people in the Mother-Baby Connections Group benefit from additional support such as an individual therapist or psychiatry provider. Our staff can help make these connections if needed.

We offer free mental health phone support for pregnant and postpartum mothers, fathers, and families with children 0-5 years old, as well as the mental health and medical providers that serve them.

Call us or fill out our Referral Form. This form can be filled out by anyone; a doctor or provider referral is not required.

Common reasons to call:

  • Postpartum depression, anxiety, bipolar, or trauma-related disorder

Vaccination Policy

In the Mother-Baby Day Hospital, Perinatal Outpatient Program, and Mother-Baby Connections Group, we want all babies, pregnant individuals, and mothers to be protected and supported. For babies 3-12 months that come to group with their mothers, we ask that babies are up to date with the recommended schedule of vaccinations, as put forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC. This policy only applies to mothers and babies participating in-person at the Mother-Baby Program.

Review the recommended schedule.
