Nora Erickson, PhD

Dr. Nora Erickson is a licensed psychologist and postdoctoral research fellow working with the Redleaf Center for Family Healing and University of Minnesota Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Erickson received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University and completed both a predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan. Her clinical and research work generally focuses on the interrelationships between perinatal and infant mental health, with an emphasis on risk and resilience factors during pregnancy and postpartum, the transition to parenthood, and two-generation approaches to mental health care. Within the Redleaf Center for Family Healing, Dr. Erickson is responsible for investigating and disseminating clinical outcomes data from the Mother-Baby Program, and she helps lead an active research project exploring cognitive functioning among treatment-seeking perinatal women.
